Having more than 21 years of experience, Diego has
focused his professional practice on the tax litigation area and has
specialized in the areas of anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, compliance,
and business integrity.
Currently he holds certificates issued by the National
Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) and the Mexican Institute of Public
Accountants (IMCP) in collaboration with the National Evaluation Center for
Higher Education (CENEVAL), as well as the tax authorities that endorse him as
a professional in the prevention of operations with illicit resources and
terrorism financing.
He is professor at Universidad Anahuac del Norte,
teaching Tax Theory and Tax Law.
Diego Marvan joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2002 and
was promoted to partner in 2023. From April 2013 to March 2015, he served as
Administrator of Regulation "1" of the General Administration of
Taxpayers.
