Recognized for
his professionalism, dedication, and warmth, with over 15 years of experience,
Elías has focused his professional practice on corporate restructuring areas in
Mexico and abroad, M&A, as well as estate protection advising individuals
and family offices. He has also participated in structuring private equity
funds and startups.
Elías actively
participates in the support and advice of civil society organizations (NGOs)
and is a member of the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization
dedicated to the prevention and assistance in emergencies and natural
disasters, delivering aid hand in hand directly to those most in need.
He has taught
corporate taxation at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
Elias joined
Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2007 and was promoted as a partner in 2022.
He obtained a
master’s degree in Tax Law from the Universidad Panamericana and a bachelor’s
degree in accounting and business management from Universidad Iberoamericana,
where he obtained his degree in 2010 and has taught the subject of Corporate
Taxation.
