Luis Manuel joined the Firm in 1992 and was admitted as a Partner in 2003. He has over 25 years of experience in the Tax field in Mexico and abroad. He has provided Tax advice and consultancy to his clients on M&A, corporate restructuring, public debt and equity issuances, and estate planning, among others.
He has been professor at Universidad Panamericana (UP) and Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA), teaching various subjects related to Tax matters.
