Francisco is an experienced accountant with more than
35 years of experience.
He focuses his professional practice on tax advice to
companies from different sectors in corporate restructuring operations,
mergers, and acquisitions. He also provides advice to clients on equity
matters.
Francisco Moguel is one of the most recognized and
outstanding tax experts in Mexico, his technical training, the permanence that
implies the constancy and confidentiality of the matters in which he has been
involved, and more than 3 decades of experience with the main businessmen of
this country support him.
He has participated as a speaker in several forums in
Mexico and abroad.
Francisco enjoys teaching undergraduate classes and
currently teaches International Corporate Taxes at Instituto Tecnológico
Autónomo de México (ITAM).
Additionally, Francisco is Board Member of several
companies. Serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and independent Director
of Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe, Banco Ve por Más, Grupo Pochteca, S.A.B., Seguros
Ve por Más and Constructora y Perforadora Latina.
