Rodrigo, with over 15 years of professional
experience, has practiced tax law, focusing on tax advising and consulting
services, as well as litigation and defense mechanisms. Additionally, he has
broad experience in corporate commercial law practice.
Throughout his career, Rodrigo has advised national
and international companies in structuring operations, as well as in
implementing specific transactions and resolving disputes with Mexican tax
authorities. Among his areas of expertise, he has been involved in structuring
real estate projects and transactions in various business models, providing
general advice for the structuring and management of asset structures, and tax
advice in mergers and acquisitions transactions, including cross-border issues,
particularly between Mexico and the United States.
He has been a speaker at several technical forums and
is author of various tax articles, which have been published in legal and tax
professional media.
