Samy, with over 22 years of experience in tax, is focused on consulting and planning for domestic and foreign companies, as well as individuals and family offices. He regularly advises investment funds and investors on the structuring of suitable investments in Mexico.
Samy also has extensive experience in advising on proper asset protection of individuals and their families, as well as on orderly estate planning.
Among his most important areas of expertise are the development of tax strategies and restructurings in Mexico and abroad, as well as the preparation of tax opinions, participation in corporate acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, and infrastructure projects.
He was professor of Corporate Taxation at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA), for the Public Accounting career.
Samy joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2002 and
he has been a partner since 2015.
