Rodrigo, with over 17 years of experience, has focused his professional practice on advising and handling litigation and administrative procedures related to local contributions matters, as well as managing administrative procedures before local and federal authorities. His professional experience covers a wide knowledge related to environmental taxation, where he has been involved in litigation processes and audits.

He has represented domestic and multinational clients with national presence who need to comply with various tax and administrative obligations before multiple authorities. Additionally, throughout his professional career, he has been involved in litigation processes and audits related to digital intermediation.

Rodrigo is professor at Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) teaching Mexican Tax Regime. He has published several articles in national journals.

Rodrigo Farias joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2006 and was promoted to Partner in 2020.
