Ricardo has
more than 25 years of experience representing domestic and foreign clients in
administrative and tax litigation in a wide range of sectors and transactions,
as well as in the management of administrative proceedings by tax authorities,
both at the federal and local levels, as well as tax audits and conclusive
agreements.
His
professional practice specializes in consulting, dispute resolution and tax
strategies, both nationally and internationally, as well as in administrative
law in the telecommunications sector.
For more
than 20 years he has been a professor, now he is professor of the master’s
degree in Tax Law taught by the Universidad Panamericana (UP) teaching “Amparo
Fiscal”.
Ricardo
Cervantes joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 1994 and was promoted to Partner in
2002.
