Alberto has over 20 years of experience focusing his professional practice in providing advice to various national and international clients regarding all types of tax matters in Mexico. Additionally, he provides advice in negotiations on tax matters with the corresponding authorities, with a practical approach to resolve complex situations and with special attention to technical tax issues.
He is oriented to support his clients in moving the business or deal forward, maintaining a high level of service that adapts to the needs of the companies. He has participated in relevant matters related to Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as complex restructurings.
Alberto joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2003 and was
admitted as a partner in 2015.
