Characterized by his creativity, professionalism and over 25 years of experience, Marco Polo has focused his professional practice on tax advice and consulting, mainly serving multinational companies investing in Mexico and Mexican groups investing abroad.

He has extensive experience advising investment projects, issuances in public and private markets, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax disputes, patrimonial issues, and experience in the financial industry.

He has been professor at various universities in the country, such as Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM), Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA), Universidad La Salle (La Salle), and Universidad Panamericana (UP). 

Marco is the author of various articles on tax matters in Mexico and abroad.
