Marcela has experience in the tax advisory area,
focusing on real estate, advising FIBRAS and private trusts.
As part of her practice, she has provided advise to
clients, from a tax perspective, on mergers and acquisitions and corporate
restructurings.
She has also advised individuals in the private equity
area, specifically in audits carried out by the tax authorities.
