César De la Parra was admitted as partner of Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2015. His professional practice is mainly focused on tax and administrative litigation in a wide range of sectors and transactions representing domestic and non-resident clients. He has a seventeen-years’ experience in litigation and tax disputes as well as handling proceedings initiated by federal and local tax authorities related to federal and local taxes involving transfer pricing, the financial system, corporate restructuring, anti-money laundering, and constitutional actions before the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice. He also leads the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering practice.
César is the author of various articles published in Mexico and abroad. He has taught Tax Law at Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE).
