Having more than 20 years of experience in tax and
financial litigation areas, Valentín negotiates and defends cases of high
complexity and technical level on behalf of important national and
international companies.
Due to his multidisciplinary profile, he has an
extensive technical knowledge in Digital and Fintech Law, leading such areas of
practice in the Firm. This allows him to provide highly specialized advice and
tax defence to companies in the technology sector.
Valentín is a tax law professor at Universidad
Panamericana and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, as well as founder
and Financial Technology Law professor at UP, and formerly Universidad
Iberoamericana.
Throughout his professional career he has been a
prolific author of various technical articles on complex legal topics, and
co-author of several legal books. He has also participated as a speaker at
countless academic events.
Furthermore, Valentín has been recognized on his professional practice in the areas of Tax Litigation, Technology Law and Fintech, by various national and international publications.
