Francisco Gutiérrez-Zamora joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2001 and was admitted to the partnership in 2006. His professional practice is focused on local taxes and Social Security contributions as an adviser and litigator. His litigation practice includes all local taxes payable in Mexico, as well as controversies between employers and the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) or the National Institute for Promoting Housing for Workers (INFONAVIT). Francisco is also experienced as an adviser and litigator in administrative matters related to, among other, real estate and services and benefits for employees. 

He has been an adviser to several groups of companies in the private sector in analyzing bills related to social security and the labor laws to be submitted to Congress. Clients in his area of responsibility are domestic and international companies with many employees or property in various locations that are required to comply with many legal obligations imposed by tax, social security, labor and civil protection laws, etc. all under many regulating authorities.

Francisco is author of several articles dealing with his area of specialty published in Mexico.
