In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Jimena has participated in various operations representing sellers, buyers and private equity funds and other investors, national and international, in various M&A transactions and joint ventures. She also advises public and private companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Jimena, additionally, acts as commercial Notary Public (Corredor Público) number 57 of Mexico City.
