CRZ recognized as number one Mexican tax-firm. Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa has been acknowledged as "Mexico Tax Firm of the Year" by the International Tax Review, a publication of Euromoney Legal Media Group. The acknowledgment was received by Mr. Juan Carlos Guerrero, partner of the Firm located in the New York office, in a ceremony held on September 30 in New York city. We are grateful to all our Mexican and foreign clients due to whom this acknowledgment was possible.

CHAMBERS GLOBAL 2009. The Firm is synonymous of tax work in Mexico, this large and specialized firm continues having a dominant presence in tax matters within the Mexican market. There is a broad consensus that the Firm is the true leader in the Mexican market and an institution in Mexico.

CHAMBERS GLOBAL 2007. The Firm: This "optimum group for tax matters" enjoys a bulky workload, especially with regard to corporate transactions. Traditionally a specialised tax consultancy firm, peer single out the group for both advisory and litigious matters. The "well-located, consistent" 25-strong group has litigated against the Supreme Court in a number of high-profile cases relating to constitutional and administrative matters. New York outpost was recently added, complementing existing offices in Mexico City and Monterrey.

Publications. In its 2005 and 2006 issues, Latin Lawyer considered Chevez, Ruiz, Zamarripa y Cía., S.C. as "one of the few multidisciplinary practices in the region that draws universal praise both internationally and domestically and is widely seen to be Mexico´s top player in the field of tax law."
